Privacy Policy

Effective October 22, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Wolfgang Strategies LLC, doing business as Clevour ("Clevour," "we," "us"), collects, uses and protects information when you visit this website or apply for a systems audit. By using this site, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit the systems audit application, we collect your first and last name, business name, email address, phone number, and your answers about your business, including industry, number of locations, monthly revenue range, monthly inbound lead volume and current operational challenges.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider and the services that load on this page may automatically receive technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed and the time of your visit. The site stores a small anonymous visitor token in your browser so the application form can be submitted securely.

2. How we use your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

3. Phone calls and text messages

If you provide your phone number and consent when applying, we may contact you by phone call or text message about your application, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or ask us to stop calling you using the contact options below.

We do not share mobile numbers or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

4. How we share information

We share information only with service providers who help us run our business, such as our website host and form and customer-relationship platform (Wix), and only for the purposes described in this policy. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of all or part of our business.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

This site uses browser storage to keep an anonymous visitor session for the application form. Our hosting provider may use cookies or similar technologies needed to deliver and secure the site. Fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

6. Data retention

We keep application information for as long as needed to evaluate it, maintain our business relationship with you, and meet legal, accounting or reporting requirements. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

7. Security

This site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and application data is stored with our service provider, which uses industry-standard safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and you can opt out of further contact. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, such as the right to know what personal information we collect and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We will respond to verifiable requests as required by applicable law.

9. Children's privacy

This site is intended for business owners and operators. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

11. Contact us
